Verdict
Pick the 7Artisans 35mm f/1.2 if you need a fast, standard prime for low-light portraits or street photography and want to save €9. Choose the Walimex 12mm f/2 if your priority is ultra-wide-angle architecture, interiors, or astrophotography and the slightly slower aperture is acceptable.
